problem with dracs is that 5% to cast will not always override confuse from dream runewords, but you can still test it. tho you will lose 20 % ias ...
could still use nosfe belt, 4fpa is mandatory ofc :)

5% chance at max zeal ias bp should be sufficient. But ofc i will test it. I don't even get triggered with confuse that often due to the good def.
With Beast Caddy (lvl 9 fana), i only need 14ias to reach maximum ias bp (5.2 aps), so Highlord's will be enough

Something like:
+3 to Zeal (saves 3 points)
+3 Conv (adds -5% res per point)
+x Vigor (saves 4 points)

All this extra points would be added to Defiance, so they aren't really mandatory

This is where ill stop with Meph runs for now. Now its time to decide which way to go with weapon + armor. If anybody have some nice idea lmk. My goal is to max Zeal ias speed, that means to reach 5.2 aps (4/4/4/4/8 ticks). Also not sure what wpn to use on merc.
