Well here we are... just ancients and baal in front of me.. and quite few areas to get through....

I think I need some gear upgrades! I wouldnt want to be unprepared when I go in to fight ancients and die

Just wanted to say I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your WT so far!

I'm at work and it's been so. freaking. slow. the last couple days, so I decided to venture to the PvM section (a place I had seldom visited) to see what you guys got going on here. It was well worth it!

I unfortunately don't play D2 anymore. 😞 I played for 7-8 years, on and off. I started in SP and then moved to Bnet for the majority of that time. But a real job + wife + kids makes it real hard to find time for the simple pleasures in life. 😏

Just wanted to say I've enjoyed the WT so far. Makes me want to fire up D2 again and make a windy Druid or a FO/Nova sorc in SP. 😥 Oh nostalgia. Good luck! I'll be following your progress!

P.S. > nice job taking down Dclone. Impressive.

I am enjoying the decrip, although miss zeal! I am using it in ancient tunnels to hunt for sockets for merc and myself. and also perhaps some other randoms.

very safe:) dieeeee undead... can they die!?





Still want an eth obedience for nice merc dmg, need base... anything!!! and I want an eth bug treach made for merc... need nice base. came so close when I made the 2 socket boneweave (currently a smoke on merc)

also want nice 3 socket dusk for my own treachery

lastly some set/uniques I need/want:

draculs grasp
raven
whistans
shako or rockstopper

If you're gonna go with Whistan's as a shield, what are you planning on socketing it with?

Also, will you need more DR cuz you're melee?

what do u want to see? my dmg? about 6800, slower melee.

ill use whistans as a low str shield. best in the game. sanctuary is also good for block and res, but I have no issue with res. granted slow missiles can be cool:)

rhyme has lasted me from lvl 30-89 lol

the decrip makes melee more safe, and makes merc do more dmg to boot!

I will put a SS though.

I do want more DR, in the form of fade on treachery is another 15%, androckstopper or shako would add even more. getting me a 40% total or so

Whistan's is a solid shield. Have you considered Moser's as a shield? 25% increased chance of block, 25 all resist, and 2 Os - could socket with 2 Ber or Ber Eld. I dunno, something to look into.
