Sup all, act 5 was particularly juicy

This got me a bit excited. I googled it and the frozen river is area level 29 and the ilvl range for rolling 4 socs is 26-40, however I also googled that alvl does not correspond to mlvl and therefore ilvl in normal, unlike nightmare and hell and I'm pretty sure this dropped from an abominable but don't know to find a monster level chart for normal. Therefore, my question is could this be 40s??
