When starting the game go to den to do the first quest kill all monsters except the shaman and leave 5 fallen alive wait till he revives the six's fallen.
Check quest it will say 666 monsters remaining

City of dammed cathedral has windows highlighted called evil force

To figure out which is clone or real baal just look at the name. Baal and Demon underneath when you click over, well the real one has Deamon slightly to the right of Baal on the name. Fake one both Baal and Demon are perfectly aligned
