Some real nice finds so far, two Vgaze is sick
I woud toss Rockstopper and Tal mask, Vgaze is a far superior merc helm to either of them. Guillaume's is your super number 1 helm for Fury, if you're missing resists you can get Larzuk punch a hole in it for an Um rune. In the meantime you could use Ral/Ort/Thul (whichever single res you need boosting most).
Laying of Hands can be obtained from Eldritch, Shenk, Thresh and Pindleskin in nightmare. The IAS is useless for Fury dudu of course but 350% damage to demons is boss. 50 fire res is mega useful too. In the meantime you could try crafting some blood gloves for a bit more damage (strength and crushing blow) and life.
Blood amulet might be a good shout too, they always roll with life leech, FRW, and life. It's tricky to find a decent amulet before Highlord's
Gores are a tough find in nightmare, if you find another set of Goblin Toes may well be worth using them.
Oh and yeah, entering hell without Raven Frost as melee is generally a very bad idea!
