Overall Ancients were easy

Surprisingly easy, traps obliterated the skellies (level 5 DS with level 5 LS synergy)

So, Lister and his pack actually out-regen'd my damage. I couldn't melee them face to face because with their stun/kb they are too strong for that. Didn't want to pull them out 1-by-1 in Normal mode haha, the shame. But my traps simply did not beat their regen.


So I went back to town and spent a couple mins shopping this at Anya. I also found 2x +1 sin claws in that time which are on swap now for casting Shadow and BoS.

The PMH claw allowed traps to chip away at the pack until it was a small enough size to engage with melee, at which point the CB kicks took them down just fine. I was surprised though, this was one of the tougher battles I have ever had in Norm.

That's where I'm at now. Tomorrow I'll start running NM Countess, there's quite a bit I want to get from her :/ I will probably have to stay there for a whole day or two. Wanting to get: shael/pdia to upgrade boots, and runes for 'black', 'smoke', 'rhyme', and 'lore'. If I have enough time, hopefully I'll be able to make all that stuff tomorrow and then be ready to move forward to NM Meph or further!

Anyways, I died in Tristram NM lol. My mistake, I was amped and in the middle of a crowd, had 75 life left and had game paused in s/e screen. Thought I could get away if I unpaused but I died instantly after the unpause.

I was kind of iffy about continuing anyways. I did enjoy it for norm but it's definitely not really my preferred playstyle. So much running around/preparing/setting things up for every battle. I'm too lazy for that haha. I'd really like to remake my first-ever sp char which was a ww barb who eventually completed IK set, but I don't think I have time for it with summer coming up. We will see! If I do another one soon, I won't even post it whatsoever until I reach Hell a1 lol. That way I can be sure that I actually want to play the char/won't get bored of it
