15 runs isn't much. I've always had good luck on finding Iratha's from Andy. You definitely need to run more than 15 times though.

Level 66 & exp is gone no matter where im killing at, so its just the point of Farming for Irathas and Ward (or descent shield)

No, Andy can drop Stone of Jordan, actually someone made in guide for finding SoJ, and Nightmare Andy is the best monster to run for finding this ring.

P.S. After ~ 11 unique rings dropped by her, SoJ will be dropped.
