I tried venturing into hell a bit but the cold immunes were too much and my Merc is still too squishy. I did manage to get a 3os elite armor that I can use for a temp treachery for my merc if I find a Lem. But in the mean time he really just needs some more defense and life leech. So I'll be farming NM Meph for a while.

Using dropcalc.silospen.com I made a list of all the drops I need for myself or my merc from NM Meph and their drop chance with my current MF. The bold ones are the ones I want the most for survivability or damage. I guess now is when all the heavy farming begins. Hopefully I can get Lidless and VMagi before too long. I'm not using a run counter yet since I think seeing the number of runs before a good drop would just make me lose hope.

Also been killing NM Countess a bit. If I can wrangle together 9 Ko runes then I can make a Lem rune and make a temp Treachery. Right now I have 2 Ko runes. I figure treachery is not as important as a something like Vamp Gaze right now since my Merc has no life leech so he just dies anyway. But I tried a Hell countess run and my merc dies way too easily and because of cold immunities I can't kill anything.

Got bored of Meph, thought I'd work towards getting to Ancient Tunnels to find a better Insight base for my Merc.

This was the GC that Andy dropped. I guess the game wants me to make a PnB Necro.







Found a non-eth Thresher, thought I'd try to make a better temp Insight.

Hit level 80 in Ancient Tunnels. Still hoping for a better Insight base or a Lem rune for Treachery. I want my Merc just strong enough to tank Duriel while I Static him down. Then I can get to farming LK.
