For those of you who may be wondering why Partizan (the third highest exceptional polearm) drops already towards the end of Normal - it is due to a typo in the code.
You can tell from the
Quality Level progression here:
http://classic.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/exceptional/polearms.shtml that Partizan most probably should have had 45 (not 35).
Required Level: 23 does not make sense either when the two polearms preceding it use 25. Oops? :rolleyes: :blush:
