get some dmg, peace rw will grants lvl 15 walk good enough for whole NM, leaving many skill pts free
edge rw, or harmony etc. should be easy from countess will just need an except base like cedar bow or so
by looking quickly it seems you have invested a bit too much in vita rather than dexterity. whats your crit strike skill lvl atm ?

Fara norm sells 3os breast plates
at your lvl I generally have already 10-15 in crit, not much than 50 vita and 70 in str (for eventual sigon drops) rest in dex ofc
but your lvl is low, killed baal at 41 when at that lvl I would be between pindleruns and ancients
You can also get a blue mesh belt from gheed and craft it, same for rings/gloves/amulet/merc helm, and trade hotspur for any boots with frw
