Yes mate, everything I do is on hardcore, I only play hardcore ladder so all my chars/mules/wealth is on there so I'm forced to. I was lucky to find that amulet lol. didn't even know I had it until I started going through my mule lists.

yeah about hawkmail, I could have used it after meph, the vipermagi was nice for meph for the added 13mdr, but after that I could have used spirit shroud, hawkmail, darksight ect. Only problem is, I didn't put any ias in the wand because I hit 6fpa wth lvl 9 fana and 30 ias from deaths. so switching to a 20 ias glove would put me at 7fpa. but... that might not have made much of a difference. I suppose I could have used a 15ias jewel in rattlecage or something.

I like your non-skilled challenge looked like good fun. always nice to test the limits.

Uber Tristram done at a lower level



Meph: fairly easy to kill but was doing big dmg to me which my low smite dmg was struggling to replenish, but got it done without too much hassle.
Diablo: fairly straight forward like meph, I was taking big dmg from dia and the pit lords but managed to keep tap up the whole time and with the change of shield after meph I was doing comparable dmg against his added DR%
Baal: Hard work and frustrating as usual. Mana burn just completely destroys a weak build, luckily I changed belt so I had 16 pot spaces. After the 1st engagement I had to go back in and clear the pit lords because they walked over from when I killed Dia.

I think this may be the end now, the only other possible way to better this is to go to lvl 24 when life tap is first available. but... at 24 you don't have fana and only have 1 point in holy shield, no soj/viper either. So with a crown shield you don't do enough dmg to stay alive and don't attack quick enough. Also with deaths belt as you only CBF source, you can't kill Baal with 8 pots.

A buddy and I put together a lvl 50 barb a couple years ago that could pull it off.

On 3:08 i see they go from empty belt to full belt out od nowhere.

was just to speed up the video, no one wants to watch prebuffing and pot restocking ect. same as when I did it with the lvl 39.




hmmm. I think a lvl 4x kicker could be fun and very achievable too.

with the use of skillers, fade, 20 life small charms ect, you could do good dmg and easily achieve max resists. Use ravenfrost for the dex/ar and CBF which would free up a lot of gear choices and Gore Riders for kick dmg and open wounds/Crushing blow. Might be a fun challenge to try. Last time I did ubers with an assa was with a 3fpa bearsin lol. But a lvl 4x kicker sounds tempting. possibly even a lvl 4x jabazon, but that would be extremely tough.
