In my opinion, lightning fury and lightning strike look to be clearing those heifers at just about the same speed. Maybe it’s a touch faster to lightning fury them? And if it’s a tiny pack maybe the lightning strike is even faster. Tough to tell.
Maybe you could time ten runs where you pick up nothing and only do lightning fury. Do another 10 timed runs with only lightning strike. Compare the times.

mathematically Lightning strike>... but also QOL.
with lightning strike your right in the fray with your mercs convi aura, with lightning fury since you sit back your merc 50/50 engages mode/ gets close enough ie your doing about 1/2 your potential fury damage most the time.
also QOL... you only have X javs to throw. so your only real viable option is titans 1/3sec rep, so you need to find a way to make up the lost ias... doing that you will lose 99fcr tele and the Massive mobility perc. then the other part of furys phy dmg only hits the single monsters the jav directly hits... mobs only get hit by lightning bolts.
perc to Fury... can be good with much cheaper gear... safer since your not directly going toe to toe with mobs
perc to lightning strike (with tele)... you are going toe to toe with mobs and 90%+ of the time you have convi aiding your dmg. you dont really have wep durability issues/ able to hit 50% ias bp with 99fcr bp... and you can hit 3 times the monsters at once over fury!
not even going to mention the fact your set up as pretty much a 12k+ CSER so main bosses your melt in a second or so...
