I only have a lvl 4 valk and would be nice with a better tank for bosses - giving peace a shot

Finally upgraded my 11 LR amulet! Would really like an Io to make hearth for me or bulwark for merc. But I might see if I can make it to LK instead, could also really do with a Ko.

We usually do P8 all the way for the first walkthru, which would include quests. So your first Countess kill should be done on P8. After that, it’s common to see Countess done on P1.

As for other bosses, P8 for quest kill then often I see them do reruns on P3 or P5.

Ah okay, makes a lot of sense, thanks for the info. So far I've done everything on P8, only switching down to P1 right before killing countess for the rune drops. Haven't killed any act bosses more than once so far, because they've been loooong fights on a physical bowazon.

Made it to Lower Kurast yesterday and started the hunt for Io / Ko / Lem! Will post updated when I get home.

Decided to cube my hels and make hearth, mainly for the cannot be frozen. Slow bowa = dead bowa.

Got a decent stock from countess, and only need Io and above atm. Decided to progress to run LK instead. Rada down.




Strafe + pierce worked very well in maggot. Still using multishot most of the time.

Got amu without too much trouble.

It's just always a bit sketchy jumping down to Duriel, especially on a fragile char with D2R loadtimes.

Valk could take a few hits, so was a lot of valk, get a few shots in, repeat.
