I've made other post for that specific drop.
It is 'endgame' item that i'll be using till hell baal.

Next HUGE drop for me after magefist in same run was this wand. I've been looking for it in NPC for a while but didnt get one.
Im happy, bossing is a bit easier.
Lister was easy since my BEAR tank.

Nothing special from Baal. Just a few in game gold.
Anyway I am so happy that I found Mages and I can start with Nightmare.
Countess is my goal for a while right now, need runes for MERC (insight, bulwark, smoke) and for me (Spirit, Smoke, Lore).
