Very interesting find. I never considered this amulet when thinking about the build. With 20% IAS from amulet, I could go for the 163% IAS bp rather than the 109% (11 fpa instead of 12 fpa). I would need to IAS jewel my helm and have IAS on gloves as well. I would lose a ton (over half)of my AR by losing Angelic combo... also a lot of life. I'm going to think about it!
