Do you plan to keep the Duriel Shell, have you considered using a Treachery? Fade and 45% IAS and Venom.

I wonder if Duress would be the better options for your build with it's 15% CB and 33% OW along with the 40% FHR and res. Of course, this doesn't negate the fact that you need a source of CBF. What are you using for a shield currently?

So, basically, you'd need a 45@ Starge to come close to what you have in Mosers if you wanted to make a Rhyme.
