It's still good, but come on, think I might wanna wait til I can upgrade it and get a decent offhand axe...I dunno dawg it only has 2 range and the Partizan has 4. It does have 6 frames (4.16 attacks per second) to the partizan's slow ass 12 frames (2.08 aps) and I could socket it with 15 ias or shael for 4 frames. Insight has some crazy attack rating too, anyways...
