I slowly whiddled his life down. Merc would insta-die from his firestorm (why are druid firestorm so weak??!!) the lightning beam was nothing, plus I teleport on top. melee not too bad. only a few close calls. I would run out of potions and town..merc died a lot. maybe 50 time. I had max gold, ended with like 1.6 mill. so spent 1.2 ish million in gold. I also use ALL of my full rejuvs. this was on players 8. I took him down to about 5% on players 8.

I just COULD not hit him enough (low AR) I had lots of psn charms to combat regen..but with merc deaths.. no juvs... I went for players 1 and it was still really tough.

took a few attempts of having him at a sliver of health to kill him. it was a feat in it of itself. low ar, low CB, very low melee dmg.

I did most of the work on players 8, I am a melee sorc.. aaaand its my WT so for DC i killed him on players 1. I can and will come back for players 8

estimated time.... 1.5 hour fight

Ok I made some gear changes due to the Anni, gave me some more res/stats that will allow me to use some old gear

I will post a few photo collage of my set up! (next update)

I will continue the hunt for my desired items.......

well, you just need a source of open wounds or poison him (like you did) to stop his life reg. would just take some more time to kill him on p8 then. But should still be doable. Even if it takes 2 hours...

my ar was low, in the future I can kill him when I have more tank-ability.. merc would drop I would go to town and everything I fought for was regen. I can kill him on p8 eventually, for now I will keep item hunting

Did he spawn under p8? If so, I believe that lowering players to 1 didn't affect him. What you guys say?
