How many mefo runs have u done? Im thinking of goin back to him just for titans... or just progress through hell.

Buriza and then titans were like the first two items to drop after he started posting meph screens

Ditto! Yes, A4 and A5 is a big step from A3. However you should def be able to complete the game.

This is, without a doubt, one of the strangest drops I've ever had in diablo 2. EVER. It happens, sure, but that's fucking retarded! :D
