Ive never seen one in single player too. But i didnt play too much 1.10+ SP until ~1 year ago.
I have a 92 hdin from pit/cs without a single rune above lem.
I have a 90 sorc from AT without a single rune above lem (ok, countess gave a bit pul-ist)

And now i have to make this post, even tho i just have 2 screenshots yet.

Stashed for rolling for a possible infi base.
