And what I meant by possible on /p8.. More drops = more of a chance to find the desired item you're looking for.

This does not include runes, Magic Find % / Player setting has no affect on rune drops.

And this is only "normal" monsters. Any Minion, Champion and Uniq can drop it aswell of course.

Any area level above 81 (I think... maybe 82?) can drop Zod Rune. For example ANY chest in Act 5 Hell can drop it.
