To keep myself busy, looking for all failed unique items in the game, starting from the top down. This is in addition to all uniques, sets, eth uniques, and runes. I will consider the grail complete when all items uniques and sets are found, but will continue to search for the rest as a long term goal of the character. The eth grail is of course likely an impossible task, but will continue to track it.

If dura is 91/91, how do you know that it's failed unique?

Failed Uniques have 3x the durability of the normal durability on the item.

Ethereal items have half the durability of the normal durability on the item + 1.

Royal shields have a normal durability of 60.

A non-eth failed unique royal should would have a durability of 180.

An eth failed unique royal shield would have 91.
Normal durability 60, divided by 2 for eth = 30, multiplied by 3 for failed unique durability = 90, + 1 gets added at the end = 91.

I thought you know they are failed because they have more durability and missing durability. Most of your pics on these failed uniques were like 61 out of 91.

It's just based on the maximum durability available, not the missing durability. It's a lot easier to tell on the non-eth versions, the maximum durability is just 3 times the normal value.
