Seems that my Insight wasn't made right. In runes.txt file stats weren't right. Now i corrected it. And i will roll Insight again just to make things right.
Would like to thank PikaBhew for pointing me about that.
I am not sure where i DLed that .txt, but some others might wanna check their stats in .txt too.

Yeah, there was an error in the PvM Sticky, which is what I had Textbook fix. So I assume anyone who used it, also had/has this problem.

*PM me if you need the original Runes.txt file, this goes for anyone.
