When you active the last seal, everything alive die, even Dclone, usually monster don't have drops when you do this, so you don't get an anny, but if you open the seals in the right order, you get drops when everything die, including Dclone (usually not all the monster drops, just the last you see, or like everything between the seal and the place where diablo spawn).

For my experience the map you have also matters for this, with the map with |--- form for Vizier, if you press the bottom seal last, you get drops, also if you kill vizier, press the 2 vizier seals and only have Dseis left, you usually get drops also when everything die, but unless you kill Dseis really fast, you get the drops from the monster near Dseis, not near Vizier.

With the map that have a "L" form for the Vizier seals I never managed to get drops with the seals kills, but I never test it a lot with this map.
