I'm thinking about going for Tresh socket, Pindle skin, Snapchit Chatter & Frozen Stein. Would be quite fast runs and they have a pretty high drop rate on items. I think that I am too weak for Nilathak?

Would be faster runs than baalruns.

For example, drop chance for Griffons Eye with 250 mf:

Baal 0.0060785% 1:16451
Frozenstein 0.0037712% 1:26516
Pindleskin 0.0037712% 1:26516
Snapchip Shatter 0.0037712% 1:26516
Thresh Socket 0.0037524% 1:26650

Or go for Baal + mephisto hunting for Tal rashas set, and then try to find griffon after that.

1:7xx to find Tal armor @ Baal.
