accurate tho given we're going on 11




90 all res is da best all res. still could be higher with things like tgods, spurs, waterwalks, etc.
but not without sacrificing too much fhr and res from my current build.


UNFORTUNATELY, I'm facing some technical issues.
(I use my laptop for jsp but no games)
My PC's keyboard's Alt key has lost nearly all functionality
AND I NEED THAT ALT KEY for items and TELE
as well as (but not as severely) the U, J, and M keys. Oddly enough, i have U and J as hotkeys for prebuff skills for my sorcs
and M is the message log and always will be.

so anyway, i'll have to go buy a new keyboard sometime this week. This one lasted nearly 2 decades so I can't be mad.

No D2 until I can

This morning before work I checked my keyboard. The keys were working just fine so that's good.

So I just had a pretty tough fight by Cryo's standards.

It was partially made tough by continually reaching for the print screen button to catalogue the already tough fight.
And partially because my merc got eaten alive early on and I chose to continue without him.

But they weren't even that fearsome of enemies, really. I just decided to dive right into the center of them and let loose.

So this is how it all played out:

This was the first screenshot of the battle, because I could already tell it would be a deceptively nasty one.
It doesn't look that bad though, right?


So I try to regain the advantage by repositioning:
ES has now been dispelled and I'm surviving off of natural life and mana regen.


Surely they begin to fall, but the battle isn't over yet. More lurk beyond the shadow's edge.

They emerge from the shadows to investigate but are tactfully felled from a safe distance.

I scavenge both 1 Greater Healing Potion and 1 Super Mana from the ground.




And check the drops. Utter shit. I'm going to town.

Just had to post that little story because it's a rare occurrence that I run out of potions with just 1 juv left.
I did have a happy trigger finger on them all during that battle though because I was also scrambling for screen shots

Alas, I present some of today's footage:

on players 8 of course
checking how much exp i get from a boss pack of these guys on the way to nihl, WITH an EXP shrine:
6,000 exp



then when i get close to nihl, in the middle of a precarious room consisting of a considerably numerous and spread out spawn of witches and venom snakes
a backup exp shrine.

I tele on down to nihl and he's just a weak little fire enchanted

i grab a few statics on nihl from beyond the herd,
blizzards damage is at it's maximum when he is merely fire enchanted and he is easily sniped



i can generally stand in the middle of these guys to grab nihl drops when there are no venom snakes around
also getting shot at by a lot of archers. tanky

he dropped a small charm and rare ring. both crap

My nova sorc found a +9 life Cold skill GC last night so it replaced one of Cryo's plains.

I did a lil test to see how much exp I could get doing /p8 AT runs.

These were the results of two runs doing i'd say 90-95% full clears at /p8

I come back to the game, which was minimized, expand it and the screen is shaking.




So I do my dclone walk ritual,
/p1 and straight to the stash for this:



it makes static WAY more effective, since merc doesn't use infinity.

Lower res ran out so I recast it for good measure
