I'm a dumbass!

Andariel is the easiest encounter in the entire act. Overall act 1 wasn't that bad, except the awful Tower, progress speed is still good thanks to corpse explosion. I don't know what to expect in act 2, but i'm very worried about 2 locations there (you know which two) and they can make it the hardest act in hell for my character.

Nice one for getting to hell! Haven't played summon nec in so long, looks fun

I did a softcore p1 necro just like this before i started hardcore P8 and everything was pretty easy all the way thru. Dont even need top notch gear really.. But yes tight spaces are a pain for summons.

Using TP's to re-deploy the party is a great idea and i think that would be the solution for the Lair. I know teleport staff is the better idea, but i'm going old school, no teleportation or shortcuts allowed.
