Starving

Lost power down here in Louisiana, got like 5 plus inches of snow and some limbs fell from the icy mix accumulation.

Was getting down to 27 last night so took the kiddos and wifey to a hotel suite. Headed out to the heated pool!

It hasn't snowed here like this in forever. A nice vacation if you ask me.

Two days ago it was 11 degrees with no snow and like 30 mile an hour winds. That shit was unbearable.

But glad you got a vaca!

Oh I'm not complaining, I'm originally from Slovakia and it can get pretty brutal there in the higher elevations.

Houses down here in the south aren't built for this shit, plus the little dudes love hotels. And so do I because the lady of the house is spunky.

How was everyone weekend?

School year is coming to a break, so that’s exciting. I’m ready for 3 weeks off with no kids. Well, I guess it’s closer to 2 weeks. But still. Anytime away from these kids is nice. They are obnoxious. Like how do parents allow their kids to act so ridiculous. I don’t get it.

Took me til the last part to realize youre a teacher and not talking about your actual kids

Working extra this weekend so I can take a few days off next week for when my best friend comes to visit, so its been kind of lame, being slow season for us and all.

What grade do you teach?

Pretty good! Just getting ready for a 2.5 week vacation to Vietnam with the girlfriend starting next week.
