Haha nice suspense

i did have a scare with his cold cone spell. i think ES actually wore off, but my health dropped and i almost died. i'm sure i would have if i didn't full juv 3/4 through the attack. his fire aoe doesn't really do much.

the resists weren't a big factor, as i wasn't close to him 95% of the fight. my problem was fhr. i didn't realize how much baal spams his appendages when neither i or my merc are in range of baal, so it was a constant move-fest, which was fine.. but if one hit me, i would get hit a couple times because of fhr lock. so my problem was lack of fhr.

with my merc dead, all focus was on me. he started spamming appendages and teleporting right next to me. he teleported, casted appendages, i teleported away, and he casted another set, and it trapped me. i couldn't teleport due to fhr lock, and they surrounded me against a wall so i couldn't run out. popped a few full juvs trying to escape, but just couldn't.


i will have to try again later.

OMG baal is so annoying without being able to town vs that curse. SO TROLL, i hate your alliance with hell baal. thought i had him too, then it went downhill real fast. if you had a "cannot s&e rule i'd be dead for sure.


























back to throne! attempt #2!

first wave. still easy as always. i swear they just put this wave in for warm up.



same technique. otherwise the skeletal raising will be never ending and it'll take 45 min just to down this wave.



round the corner hydras are my best friend. this is actually the hardest wave for me i think :\

some intense stuff! they just stick together and won't follow, so i'm just throwing hydras across the screen to kill them. a few skellies were brought back, but nothing we couldn't handle.

was actually pretty easy to kite them in the main room this time around.



fairly easy. just would have to teleport on the other side of the minions whenever lister got close since he was LE and had poison damage.
it just took a while. a little over 10 min with no static.

used the same switch for minions as last time.



was thinking i was smart and throwing kiras in my cube for a switch on baal for boosted res and fhr, but forgot it had cbf which is banned. luckily i re-checked the rules before heading for the throne. not attempting gull again so since i don't need the dex for wizzy, i took my old boots instead.
