Your gear looks pretty solid until you can make that Phoenix (4os shield).

Yea, I was at 95 ias but lost it since Titan's doesn't have any. With Highlord's and LoH I will be set. Then I can work on that Phoenix/CTA.

I heard Hell Andy is best place for LoH and pits/LK for Highlords
