Well, it's nice to see you back in action. Enjoyed your nova sorc (and Hobbes, like everyone else obviously) WT that you ran a week or two ago. Btw, what's the plan to find the rest of Mav's set?

I'm glad you have good memories of your buriza zon. Good ol' noob cannon! And yeah, what a sweet buriza roll! Should be able to take care of most CI in early hell even with just level 1 strafe/multi/ga. Hope so anyways.

At the moment I am not totally sure which setup I'll be using, but I'll definitely be in Hell Ancient Tunnels for the Mav's hunt. The problem with not knowing which items I'll be using is that I just don't have the stash space to hold on to all of the options. Right now it's looking like I may have to jettison my mav's belt and gloves to make room for more potential mf gear lol. I'd imagine I'll find another belt/gloves in hell before I find the diadem/kraken shell/grand matron bow. Another space saver would just be to know exactly what I am going to use to that I can narrow down what I save. Also, I am pretty sure I'll be using Smoke rw in Hell, so I can start using my Smoke in NM again and throw away my Vmagi in order to save further space if needed.

I would appreciate any input items or builds I should be looking out for. At the moment, my definite NM ISO looks like this:
Lycander's Aim
Buriza
War Traveler
Raven Frost
Gface (spoiler)
Hone Sundan
20 ias/20+ MF gloves

And items that I am not sure about are:
Tal's mask
Tal's belt
Tal's ammy (would have to get lucky, but the helm/belt/ammy with nice mf gloves and war travs might be a pretty solid setup)
High MF% Stealskull (if I can't find tal's ammy I'll probably have to use some build based around stealskull)

And this is why I'm pretty much out of room. I'm trying to save items for 2 different full mf setups. I think I would prefer the tal's setup, but I don't want to rely on finding tal's ammy during NM Meph runs, so it depends if I get lucky and find the ammy. Probably I'll be looking at a Stealskull setup instead.

Anyways, I've done about 600 runs and haven't crossed much off my list. I figure I'll have to do around 2000-3000 in total, but then I'll be able to head straight to Hell and power my way to Ancient Tunnels and the Mav's hunt.

Screenshots are piling up again. Still at NM Meph runs but figured I should post some of the shots so they don't accumulate too much. I have done a little over 600 runs so far. Most of the time on p3.

Still loving the nostalgia when I see all of these unique exceptionals I haven't seen or thought about in some time


2nd Mav's piece. Interesting, because I thought I had already posted this. Had to go back and check that I hadn't. I guess I'm a bit further behind on posting than I thought. Anyways, as stated a couple posts above, I may actually throw away my Mav's belt and gloves for now. I really need space, and I'm sure to find them again in Hell before I can find the elite pieces.

Trang shield. Fairly rare find at NM Meph, about the same chances as war travs.

This source of crushing blow on merc really sped up the runs, going quite a bit faster now!


3rd or 4th Nat's helm. Might be cool if a gaze drops!

Pretty crap roll. But I think I'll be wanting ias/mf gloves realistically anyways. I've been gambling gloves, but so far no luck.


Ethereal Fleshrender

Found this wand which is a lot better on space than the 2x4 war staff was. I am saving it for now, but I may chuck it later. I am planning to enter hell over-prepared, so hopefully I won't be needing band-aids like this.


Nice sword but so outclasses by other exceptional melee weapons.
