Nightmare Mephisto has level=59 and drops armor at the highest from the atomic Treasure Class known as armo54 (containing all armor bases satisfying 51 < level ≤ 54).

Hierophant Trophy has level=54 (≤ 54) and Homunculus has level=50 (≤ 59) => Hierophant Trophy is a possibility.

Totemic Mask has level=55 (> 54), so the problem here is he cannot pick the base item, hence no Totemic Mask for you.

Safe the best for last? This was actually quite do-able. Went fast aswell. 10min entire den? My dmg is not that high, but it's rather safe so far. Lawbringer really helps alot vs these undead and maxed out bear rly tanks it so well! Lets go on and hope something decent drops in a1!
