Pretty sure tal armour can't be dropped by Mephisto because of his low treasure class.

I'm curious what places CAN drop Tal armor. I've heard Eldrich, Pindle, Nila, Diablo, and Baal. Anyone else?

I did know which areas were level 85 areas, I just didn't know they were called "treasure class" level 85 areas.
