Pattern is probably Ohm #1 (Amulet, Crown, Francisca and +x others) or Ohm #2 (Amulet, Bone Shield, Polished Wand and +x others)
NOTE: It's actually a bit hard to tell, it could be a new Ohm patter, but I highly doubt there will pop up any new HR patterns at this time. Pul, Um etc, sure, but not runes like Ohm. I'm thinking Ohm #1 and #2 are the same but with +5/6/x others instead. I'll look into it. Interesting.
