it's more for the IAS than the fade I believe, but the combo makes it unbeatable. Treachery / Thresher = highest BP for merc I think?

These hammerdin threads get so much activity.

I never quite understood people's immersion with playing cookie cutter baal bots for hours on end.
At one point we had like 5 hammerdins going at once!


What's your motivation? Hunting some end game rare like seb's dweb? Just playing to play?

I can't speak for him, but some times it's just fun to run through the game after a few years and play some cookie cutter build that lets you relive the glory days of when running through the game actually used to be what it was about. Whenever I get into serious re-run mode, I tune out everything else in real life and turn back on the original game music and slash away with nostalgia at every turn.

I can understand that, but... doesn't it get boring?

Like I said before I rephrased my question, seb is a half AI d2 machine, but we had an entire front page of hammerdins once.

Maybe the entice of being able to dominate the game with relative ease? I know for a fact I would never play any of Nautures builds lol, I'm way to impatient.

I'd say it's more for Fade, but they're both on the item so it doesn't really matter.

I cannot afford to lose the damage that a zaka gives me.
+ I think that the 34% dr that I will reach is more than enough.

Hammer may be a cookie cutter but playing him with enigma on p8 and after having built him 100% on your self-drops is not boring at all, specially with enigma.

And I wouldn't worry about other people Wt's.. Cookies or not.. If they're having fun and entertaining readers.. It's ok..

Imo Making new chars, with stupid builds that can't complete the game, bitching about it.. it's worse than playing a cookie..

When will people like you understand it's not about the build or class? It's about him having fun enjoying his walk and in turn making it very enjoyable to follow.
