With the wand they hopefully won't die as much You should try how it works out. If you can spare the room in inv it might be worth it. 2 slots isn't that much for a bit stronger/more powerfull army.

10% Chance To Cast Level 2 Bone Prison When Struck

THATS very very lame! Making unwanted bone prison is crap, it call all monsters in my area!
