I would recommend burning the 3 points it takes to get frozen arrow. Huuuuge help with crowd control. Gives you time for your amp to proc.

I keep it on my left click and then multi/strafe/ma on hotkeys for right

Im lvl 84 and the 3 points is a huge investment, if the mob is frozen and dies does it still drop items or would i lose the items it could of dropped due to frozen?
