Probably 295 min for a socket. cant stomach anything below that lol. Undecided on an eth ribby. Will have to see how many other items need sockets

inhand-ias = the speed of the wpn. PB = -10 I believe, and so on. So 2 weapons which both read: Very Fast Attack Speed, can still differ in speed.
Then there's onhand ias, which is +30inc. attack speed as affix on the wpn itself (again, affix/prefix w/e, bad with terms, sry).

So it's possible to feel a difference in speed with weapons. But ias from armor/glovesbelt etc won't make a single bit of difference if you're in wolf/bear. :D

For all werewolfs/bears, the only Increased Attack Speed gained, is that off of the weapon.
