Well, I worked too hard killing off the Marsh monsters to actually leave the game like a smart feller, so went back via the wp for at least pictures. Ran past a amping ghost pack and fought them from a different direction:

Maybe he was the demon that snuck up on me after the tp. These devilkins are champs and regulars. Pretty nasty with the how mix:



Dispatched them and went to level 3.

Was working on killing the ghosts because there were only 2 regulars. But then the demons tapped the wolf on the shoulder. So ran up steps and healed a bit and re-entered with running mode...but ran into mighted demons up a ways in level 3. What a pain. If I had a tele ammy I could jump the wall to level 4 but haven't found one. That would have been Timarchus' idea.... The way is blocked. There is no way forward but through might and a couple lucky assed ghost.



Going to take a break.

So went back via wp again and guess who I didn't kill?



Ran right into him. Now he is dead. Little memory issue under stress. Had a cocktail party with Akara and gang:





And went to level 5. Killed bunches but saw ghosts behind them...let them in and ran to the upper right and saw legions of baddies and so ran to the West entrance.

Countess is fast so in the West Wing of her filthy lair, her entourage slayed Merc twice. They were nasty. Thank goodness they weren't mighted as in the first run. Actually had to lure them south a bit and then run into countess room and tp out to get regrouped. Went back in:



One of her entourage came back but she died with her Countess:



Not even a ral rune...which I still need for the rolling of the pelt. Went back into the west wing and almost died to her fanatic entourage...fuck the East wing. What a hellish quest.

Been playing some here and there. I went back to nightmare by mistake and decided to just have some fun and try and cube the +3fury/+3shockwave helm. Lost a lot of screenshots due to a anti-virus restart...really hate that. The anti-virus becomes the virus.



Not sure what to do with it. I'm not real happy with my amp weapon and might give this to merc and I'll go back to having two weapons that are 2handers, one with self-repair and the skull edge feral axe. Repair has been a pain.

It was short lived as I went back to nightmare by mistake again.

Cursor points to the wp. There are lots of carvers in this run and sometimes I just love to kill them. Can do it with mf armor on too.



Everything went smoothly til I went down to 5th level. Bad ass archer boss. Her arrows just crush the wolf. No rejuvs left or pots! Went back down with new equipment and some thaws:



Barely escaped. I froze the pic with esc to show how close. Still in game. Haven't done an 'esc' the whole time but down there would have been smart. Whew! So close.

Going back to town for some supplies and friends.



P1 treasure. There must have been 4 bosses in the areas.



She is a nasty lady.



But we won. Again. Hardly bragging rights.

Here is out of town mf set up. Armor, glove and pelt with a 5% sc that has 9fire res: bout 200 mf in hell. Not half bad. Been hunting and feasting on carver.
