rerolled a meph gc x3 times but unfortunately it stayed a POS. but it's ok, i got a new helm

oOo. only really lose some hp with the swap, gaining MF & dex... since my teleport switch was already 130+, losing 8% does nothing. it doesn't do anything on my dps set either with the new 20 fcr on helm. kept caster belt in stash in case i end up going back to x2 fcr rings for 105 fcr bp on main setup for whatever reason, but i don't think that'll happen
