I didn't have any luck farming Countess, so I tried nightmare zones in NM.

Ops forgot to kill Cow King in nightmare before entering hell.

The Cow King

Once a character defeats Baal on a given difficulty level, that character may open the red portal to the Secret Cow Level. There you will find the Cow King, and countless numbers of his (her?) mooing brethren. Hamburger them all.

Cow King dead. Easy.

I really hate farming thing that takes more than around 3min and since I cant lower player-count when farming anything other than Countess it usually does... So I decided to continue in Hell again.

The Smith
Type: Special
Special Attributes: Extra Strong
Found in: Barracks
Quest: The Smith is found near the weapon stand that holds Charsi’s blacksmithing hammer. You must return the hammer to Charsi to complete the Tools of the Trade quest. It is not necessary to kill The Smith to complete the quest.
Comments: The Smith is reminiscent of the Butcher from Diablo I. He’s not as fierce or bloody but he looks similar and moves quickly to initiate a pounding melee attack. He doesn’t carry or drop a Cleaver like the Diablo I boss and he’s relatively easier. He uses the same graphics sprite as Hephasto, found in Act Four, who guards the Hellforge.

Smith dead. Easy but slow.

Pitspawn Fouldog
Type: Tainted
Special Attributes: Cursed, Cold Enchanted
Found in: Jail Level 2
Quest: Not part of any quest.
Comments: Pitspawn Fouldog and its minions can be quite a challenge for lower-level characters especially if they appear shortly after entering Jail Level 2. The added cold damage to its bite as well as its lightning orb attack makes Pitspawn Fouldog a formidable foe for those with low cold and lightning resistances. Their growl often gives away their location, so stay sharp.

Pitspawn Fouldog dead. Medium. I had to separate and kill them a few at a time.

Bone Ash
Type: Burning Dead Mage, Undead
Special Attributes: Extra Strong, Cold Enchanted, Magic Resistant.
Found in: The Cathedral
Quest: Not part of any quest.
Comments: Bone Ash is a popular superunique to kill since he is so quickly and easily found in the middle of the Cathedral near the Inner Cloister waypoint.

Mavinas belt.

Andariel
Type: Act Boss
Special Attributes: Poison Strike, Poison Cloud
Found in: Catacombs Level 4
Quest: Andariel must be killed to complete the Sisters to the Slaughter quest and advance to Act Two.
Comments: Andariel has a special poison projectile attack and poison stinging claws and should be treated with caution.

Andariel dead. Holy shit that took a long time. I had to restock potions easily 20 times, Valk died in 2 hits and mercenary in 3-4 hits lol. No point in potting him.

Hell act 1 was... interesting. I feel very weak, damage is low and cant engage more than a few mobs at a time. The plus side of that is that I have gotten a lot better using the environment to my advantage!

When i was fighting Andariel I struggled a lot, and tried switching around all my weapons to see if I could get some better damage out of it but nothing came of it, damage vise.. I did notice something else though!

The weapon equipped to the left(from our perspective, not the character) decides attack speed, and also if I have it in the right hand I don't get the knockback or CB. Is that correct? Is it something else I'm missing?
(I still have knockback on both pictures but thats from gloves, tested without and it disappears on Pic 2 equip.)

See pictures below for clarification.
