i'd suggest speed running or -act5 runs or offmeta runs
speed running on players 1 starts off so easy it seems boring, but eventually you run into packs its hard to get past, bad maps, etc. and its a good way to challenge yourself. although no one really posts about speedruns here in jsp.
-act5 runs can be a fun mixup as well. u start in act 5 norm at a higher level but naked, and gearing the char can be a struggle but fun. u have no access to wps tho until u get to nightmare, so must beat the game without saving and exiting eventually. although i generally rush to pindle then do pindle runs. it forces u to use and gear an a5 merc, another switchup.
lastly u could try off meta walk throughs, chars that struggle to beat the game but can still mathematically do it. dont try arctic blast druid, it cant beat chars in hell. but summon druid, melee sorc, fend zon, etc can all be a fun mix up compared to hdin, sorc, frenzy, cs zon etc.
