I was not feeling great so I kept today's adventure to another short stream. As a result, I didn't get through much of Act 5. What I did get through ended up being chaotic.
Frigid-Plateau was relatively tame; Despite lots of ranged attackers, they were easy to shut down with CoS. However both crystalline passage and glacial trail maps started with fanatic mage packs the former had lots of frenzytaurs nearby which caused some panic. If that wasn't bad enough, my journey to rescue Anya was littered with snakes, wraiths, and succubi. Fortunately they die quick, but they were all quite dangerous.
Frozen River did reward me though, unfortunately the imbue didn't go better. I did give it the best odds with a clvl of 70 - still a solid 21% phys dmg boost:

If anything was hard leading up to drifter's cavern, this map might take the cake for the hardest map I've had in any of my runs... Center map with 3 packs of Frenzy taur trapping the door.
#1: Lightning Enchanted + Blessed Aim
#2: 3x Champions + 1x Berserker (YIKES)
#3: Holy Freeze + Cursed
Lots of running, resummoning shadow, CoS'ing, tp'ing out, mapping back in to spread the packs out and find a safe area to kite too (which required clearing out some afflicted+champ skele mages) and I was left with 1 baddy:

Tomorrow I'll kill Nihlathak, Baal, and Cows
Thanks for reading!
