The savage pole-arm recipe only gives out bardiche weapons in 1.07, so just stuck with the amp voulge for now.

Cubed up two light res rings using 2 chipped topaz + 1 magical ring as the beetles lightning procs hurt a fair bit.
Other one spawned as 25% LR + 2 dex.

Annnd the very next mob pack dropped these, absolutely insane -- couldn't have asked for a better pair of items to drop within the span of two minutes!!
These will make such a big difference, will be able to actually use some skills occasionally now without flatlining on mana :D.

Another set item, have one piece out of 4 or 5 different sets now! :S Still, useful item, way better than previous helm.

Staff acquired, maggot lair was a doddle.

Found this crystal sword and pumped some leech into it.
Maybe not the wisest thing to do but it seems to be working ok!
The reason for switching out shield was that I thought I was getting Frenzy at level 18, obviously it’s 24 and I’m a moron.
However using double swing now and kill speed is a lot better and I can survive just fine without shield for now!

Shortly afterwards I realised I’d wasted those skulls as I remembered about this recipe – will get some more dex and switch to using it, maybe I’ll put some damage in it rather than skulls though, will be a while before I can use it anyway.
Cubed up 3 of these total, other two didn’t have any leech, just some small +max dmg and +poison, so kept this one.
If the Countess had her special rune-drop in 1.07 pumping three Rals into one of these would be amazing!
