CB from the Strength polearm is coming in clutch!!

Emilio and I had a tough time with these Frenzy dudes... Kinda hit a wall again, so back to Trav and Mephisto!!

The 3 piece Arctic set did me pretty well for a while. The 20-30 cold dmg was rather helpful

Zephyr ended up being a failure. Did not increase my DPS at all

But then I found this 3os sup bow. Obtaining all of the Thuls was a bit of a pain. I ended up finding 2 from Trav and cubing the other one from numerous Tals & Rals from the Count

With the slight upgrade, I managed to get Anya

This battle was a game changer... Here I have been shooting bows 75% of the time with the other 25% casting Bone Spirit & Bone Prison, but I was barely getting anywhere! So I switched to a Spiritmancer that holds a bow lol.

I ended up breezing thru!! Only used about a belt's worth of mana pots, sooooo I just picked up my rejuvs and left. Not worth the multiple trips back to town to sell.. I'm pretty rich from all of the MF runs from earler

Practically took a full explore of all 3 lvls to reach the Throne

Bone Spirit still carrying us!

Good day, wave #4 was a tough one. Lucky the combo of my Hotspurs and Bone Armor allow me to tank them pretty well

If there was a crouch button in this game, I would totally teabag Baal... He deserved it. However, I will say that Diablo was x3 harder, but Baal was a pain nevertheless!

Wanted to run Baal's waves for the exp and potential loot. I didn't get any drops, but I managed to max Bone Spirit!!! I could only clear waves #1-4, but #5 gave me trouble here and there so I could only clear them half of the time. In other words, it took a lot of runs for me to get great exp because after the mid 50's, the only wave that gives excellent exp is #5 <_<

Anyways, so I moved onto Nightmare, and here is my gear going in!

The amount of good bows, unique or crafted via rune word, that one can obtain in Normal is horrible. I need an upgrade badly!!

Jewelry... I could probably use some better rings, but the AR is helpful and MF% is never a bad thing! I love the amulet, but if Andariel (NM) can give me the 2 Angelic's pieces that I need, then I'll be in heaven!

This is what I'm working with at the start of Nightmare. I'm only going to add a smidge more points into Strength & Dexterity, then I will pump all remaining points into Vitality. Once I start gathering my end-of-game gear, then I will use a respec to trim the fat in my stats.

(Still have yet to put any points into a Curse skill. I'm holding off until I absolutely need to or I will go with +Curse skill mods on skull shields and/or wands)

At the moment, I have my Akara/respecialization, Charsi/imbue, Larzuk/socket, Qual-Kehk/runes (for when/if I need a Tal, Ral, or Ort in the future instead of trying to run Countess for one), and Anya/name quests available. Depending on how Nightmare goes, I may go back and use my respec (Normal) quest to xfer points from Teeth and place them in either Bone Armor or Bone Prison. Currently, Bone Prison is running at about 650-750 health, and I'm putting all new skill points into it so it should be pretty useful as I progress.
