good luck :) nado > fissure by far

Thanks mate! i know fissure < nado but when is it the best time to make the switch? (so far fissure is doing really great)
... i think i'll just reach Mephisto and kill him a few times with fissure then respect to nado. I'll be able to see the difference.

Using nado with anything less than than 63 FCR feels painfully sluggish, and with how inaccurate it can be, it's nice to be able to spam it as quickly as possible. Even then you really want to aim for 99, but that's not to say "don't go nado." Cast rate isn't super important on Fissure since it's got 2 second delay anyway. The fissure just takes a little longer to appear and leaves you sitting still for a couple extra frames.
Last I played a windy, my biggest regret when switching to nado was that I hadn't accounted for how quickly it can drain mana. Sure it costs less than Fissure, but you'll be casting constantly. Spirit will help with the mana pool plenty, but a little Mana After Kill doesn't hurt either. Mephisto basically holds still most of the time anyway, so he'd actually be good target practice if your merc stays alive. There's some finesse to nado I never really mastered. (Edit: oh and of course there's the whole fire damage starting to suck thing. Mephisto eats fire in NM pretty good.) Either way you'll probably want to switch to nado as soon as you feel comfortable. Good luck. May your next Manald be a SoJ. ^_^

Thanks man... A lot of great input in there!
I'll reach meph and see how slow i kill him with fissure. I think it'll be slow as he don't move enough to get hit often by the fissure.
So far i haven't had too much problem with the delay of fissure as it is still pretty strong and i keep running around so all ennemies keep running through it.
I hope i can find a good insight soon if Nado is that much mana consuming. I've found an eth Bill recently but sold it by accident and nowhere to be found in the store -_-

Thanks again y'all ! really appreciate the love of this community  :hail:

Alright... i've just ran through the whole sewers and used 'tele' staff to get to my target because it was filled with Fire immune!
Fissure synergies are stacked, i started to dump extra skills into Oak sage.

Horadric Staff acquired

New head, i've put 3 ptopaz into it.

2nd path for the Summoner.
Lets go!

Getting some more MF ready for Mephisto B)

So i knew Merc wouldn't stand a chance agains't this boss but i didn't think my Oak sage would be my best bet for decoy!
I kept spamming 1-2 fissure, oak sage, 1-2 fissure, oak sage... Oak was getting insta death but it was also insta taunt.

Duriel's dead...

Mephisto is dead but i had to use the distance trick...
It took exactly 7minutes to kill him

But the drop was worthhhhh it!!

Evolved into the Tornado Druid i was meant to be

So... decided to go for Izual for some more dps and also test my new setup.
If i charge in spamming those tornado in their face, nothing last very long!
Even Izzy, which take a bit of time to kill normally, didn't last very long with Nado and Hone Sundan combo B)

oH Welllll.....
I was wondering why you were looking so much for a Lem
I saw many people talk about that weapon but never looked much into it. So how good is it?

Is the -50% physical resistance a big game changer for the Nado druid?

I have Hone Sundan atm for boss. Which would be better solely for main boss, Hone Sundan or Lawbringer?
