Which element of the Phoenix Strike do you prefer?

I was just testing it and it seems like the individual synergy skill is better than the combination skill synergized but i could be totally wrong..

Claws of thunder does like 5k lightning damage naked...

I prefer the one that is the most useful for the situation tbh. So for bosses I prefer the fire charge because it does the most damage and you can drop meteor after meteor as fast as you can attack basically. For screen full of monsters I prefer the lightning charge because it’s the largest AoE with high top damage and can wipe screens pretty quick. For scary packs I’ll get 3 charges as quick as I can so I can release the frozen charge to freeze everything in place.

No one particular charge is best for all situations, I think that’s why I enjoy the character so much. It’s not mindless point & click like certain builds can be. You have a lot more control and decisions to make.

There’s also the skill tree, several ways to do it with a Phoenix striker so you have options there as well.

It’s definitely not the fastest killing machine out there, but it’s a fun little change from the norm

good to hear that, i have the same feelings but on a different way with Nebula. Sometimes you have to mindblast mobs when there's big pack, you switch sometimes to cobra strike and try to add 2 charges to your 3 from tiger when hit/low mana after MB etc..., shadow master definitely useful.
