All have Damage Resist < 50, so even a Unique with Stone Skin (+50) cannot become Immune to Physical.
A Unique Bone Warrior with Stone Skin will have DR = 83 - as -joey- mentioned earlier. That is the highest.

be sure its vanilla with ladder rws on
if you try sum mods you might no be able to hero edit the char hehe
