I use some rare 2/20's with 20+ LR on my PvM Java.

Crafted 2/20/KB are nice as well if you can afford them.

For pure damage, a JMoD with 4x 5/5's would out perform Phoenix. You could also socket 2x 5/5's and 2x 15Ias/15Res jewels if you want a little bit of everything in a JMoD. If max block isn't part of the build, a JMoC is always nice if you can get 60 life. Plus the red color looks awesome.
