well of course its possible with plugy
but i agree with you wouldnt really consider it in a 100% because if you find every rune, you could have made any runeword you wanted at some point. making all the runewords would be very excessive and even more tedious for no reason or benefit except to have them in your collection. but most of them wouldnt even be viable for a sorceress so it just doesnt make any sense
